Standard Weekly Rates

Late Fee – non-refundable and not eligible for tuition discounts:
Students must be picked up by 6:00 PM. A late pick-up fee of $1.00 per minute per student will be charged beginning at 6:01 PM. This fee will be applied to your family’s account and is due upon billing. We appreciate your cooperation in honoring our staff’s time and ensuring the safety and supervision of all students.

SC DSS Form 2900 is required For Extended Care. Completed form may be submitted to [email protected] .

5% Discount

Eligible families include:

Active Military
Teachers (full-time or part-time)
First Responders (law enforcement, fire, EMS)
Pastors
Active members of a Screven Baptist Association church

Documentation required for verification.

When multiple children are concurrently enrolled:

Second child: 5% Discount
Third child and beyond: 10% Discount

Application Method: Discounts are applied to the lesser tuition amount when tuition differs by grade level.

10% Discount

Defined as families who:

Formal members of Ridge Church
Attend regularly
Provide financial support
Participate in church ministries or small groups

Status verified by Ridge Church leadership.

5% Discount

Granted to employees of approved partner businesses with a formal written agreement with RCA.

Requirements:
Partnership approved by RCA administration
Annual employment verification
Subject to change at RCA discretion

Discounts may not be combined.
Families eligible for multiple discounts must select one.
Discounts apply to tuition only and not to fees, extended care, or enrichment programs.
Discounts apply only while eligibility is maintained.
All discounts are subject to annual review and administrative approval.

To offset administrative and processing costs associated with alternative payment schedules, the following service charges will apply to tuition payment plans:
Monthly Payment Plan: A 3% processing charge is included along with the total annual tuition amount.
Weekly Payment Plan: A 5% processing charge is included along with the total annual tuition amount.

These charges apply to school tuition only (K5–12th grade) and do not apply to:
Required fees
Extended Care
Early Education (Nursery–K4) tuition
Summer Camp programs

Payment plan selection must be made at enrollment and approved by administration.
Changes to payment plans during the school year require administrative approval.

Fees are due at enrollment and/or per semester as designated.
Extended Care is billed weekly.
Tuition rates and fees are subject to annual adjustment based on financial review and board approval.
Payment plans may be offered at the discretion of administration.

All tuition discounts require administrative approval.
RCA reserves the right to request documentation at any time to verify eligibility.
Misrepresentation of eligibility may result in removal of the discount.

This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with RCA’s mission, financial sustainability, and accreditation standards.
