Standard Payment Schedule / Per Child

A non-refundable payment equal to one week of tuition (per “weeks enrolled” selection) is due at the time of your registration (per child) and will be applied to the first week of camp attendance.

Extended care is complimentary with summer camp enrollment until 6 PM. Children must be picked up by 6 PM. A late pick-up fee of $1.00 per minute per student will be charged beginning at 6:01 PM. We appreciate your cooperation in honoring our staff’s time and ensuring the safety and supervision of all children.

10% Discount

Register and pay all 9 weeks in full by April 1st and receive 10% off total camp tuition.

(Can not be combined with sibling or other discounts.)

5% Discount

Eligible families include:

Active Military
Teachers (full-time or part-time)
First Responders (law enforcement, fire, EMS)
Pastors
Active members of a Screven Baptist Association church

When multiple children are concurrently enrolled:

Second child: 5% Discount
Third child and beyond: 10% Discount

Defined as families who:

Formal members of Ridge Church
Attend regularly
Provide financial support
Participate in church ministries or small groups

5% Discount

Granted to employees of approved partner businesses with a formal written agreement with RCA.

Discounts may not be combined.
Families eligible for multiple discounts must select one.
Discounts apply to summer camp only and not to fees, including registration and/or late fees.

To offset administrative and processing costs associated with alternative payment schedules, a 3% processing charge is included along with the total payment plan amount.

These charges apply to camp tuition only and do not apply to required fees.

Payment plan selection must be made at enrollment and approved by administration.
Changes to payment plans during the summer camp program require administrative approval.

Weekly tuition rates are based on total weeks selected and may not be adjusted after registration without administrative approval.
Summer camp tuition for each week of Summer Camp is due the week prior to attendance in order to secure the student’s placement.
Fees are due according to the payment schedule established at registration.
All Summer Camp fees are subject to annual review and adjustment based on operational costs and enrollment.

All tuition discounts require administrative approval.
RCA reserves the right to request documentation at any time to verify eligibility.
Misrepresentation of eligibility may result in removal of the discount.

This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with RCA’s mission, financial sustainability, and accreditation standards.
