Discount Limitations
Discounts may not be combined, and families eligible for more than one discount must select a single option. All discounts apply to tuition only and do not extend to fees, extended care, or enrichment programs. Discounts remain valid only while eligibility requirements are maintained. All discount offerings are subject to annual review and final approval by administration.

Ridge Christian Academy (RCA) Tuition, Fees, and Discount Disclaimer

By enrolling my child(ren) at Ridge Christian Academy, I acknowledge and agree to the following policies regarding tuition, fees, discounts, and financial obligations:

II. Required Fees

A. K5 – 12th Grade Students

(All fees are non-refundable and are not eligible for tuition discounts)

Enrollment Fee: $300
Curriculum Fee: $75 per semester
Activity Fee: $75 per semester
Testing Fee: $25
Withdrawal Fee: $500

B. Early Education (Nursery – K4)

Enrollment Fee: $300 only

III. Extended Care Program

Available for K5 – 12th Grade students only

Before Care: $50 per week
After Care: $100 per week
Before & After Care (combined): $125 per week

IV. Tuition Discounts

A. Service & Vocation Discount (5%)

Active Military
Teachers (full-time or part-time)
First Responders (law enforcement, fire, EMS)
Pastors
Active members of a Screven Baptist Association church

Documentation is required for verification.

B. Multi-Child Enrollment Discount

Second child: 5% discount
Third child and beyond: 10% discount

Discounts are applied to the lesser tuition amount when tuition differs by grade level.

C. Ridge Church Active Member Discount (10%)

Formal members who attend regularly, provide financial support, and participate in ministries or small groups. Status verified by leadership.

D. Partner Business Employee Discount (5%)

Employees of approved partner businesses
Annual employment verification required
Subject to administrative approval and change

VI. Payment Plan Processing Fees

Monthly Plan: 3% processing charge
Weekly Plan: 5% processing charge

Applies to K5–12 tuition only. Payment plan selection requires administrative approval.

VII–IX. Financial Policies & Review

Fees due at enrollment and/or per semester.
Extended Care billed weekly.
Rates subject to annual adjustment.
Administrative approval required for discounts.
Policy reviewed periodically for alignment with RCA mission.
